Tapestry Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our team at Galeries Lafayette Paris. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Tapestry, representing our brands and driving sales and service within a Department Store network across all product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive brand awareness and customer retention.
- Track and analyze store targets to ensure they are met and exceeded, compiling and presenting action plans to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador where necessary.
- Monitor in-store activity and present ideas to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador to identify new opportunities.
- Manage daily product deliveries and replenishment, ensuring back of house areas are clean, tidy, and well maintained.
- Complete trade reports in a timely manner and ensure product call outs are shared with the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador/Sales Team effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador to schedule and ensure maintenance of adequate floor coverage.
- Implement and maintain visual directives in line with the brands visual merchandising guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
- Understanding of working within a department store.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends.
- Self-motivated and the ability to strategize to help develop their business.
- A strong and passionate team player with the ability to collaborate well with others.
- Flexible to work hours deemed by the store and CEX, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
