**Job Description**
As a Cluster F&B Manager, you will oversee all Food and Beverage operations in our fast-paced restaurants and bars. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining exceptional customer service levels
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards
• Setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in managing large F&B operations
• Entrepreneurial mindset to attract clients and boost F&B revenue
• F&B cost and payroll control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Micros/Symphony program knowledge
• Fluent English
