Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Control Specialist to join our team. As an Internal Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting and supervising our subsidiaries on non-financial risk management issues.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the execution of various projects to improve our Internal Control system, including the implementation of the APRC framework and methodology.
  • Providing support on Level 1 Controls tools for our subsidiaries on a day-to-day basis.
  • Managing user accesses and ensuring the maintenance and content update of dedicated SharePoints for our subsidiaries.
  • Contributing to the animation of our LOD1 NFR community in our subsidiaries.
  • Reviewing and analyzing the results of Level 1 Controls carried out by our staff in our subsidiaries and implementing actions to remediate identified process deviations.
  • Contributing to the preparation of various Level 1 reportings for our stakeholders.
  • Interacting with various stakeholders, including LOD1 Functional Owners, LOD1 Internal Control Coordinators, and SG Group supervisors.
Requirements
  • Study specialization in Audit/Risk/Internal Control is preferable.
  • Understanding of the main principles of operational risk and permanent control, with knowledge of the Leasing business an advantage.
  • Excel: advanced level; PowerBI and SharePoint: beginner/intermediate level; knowledge of other data analysis tools an advantage.
  • Risk sensitivity, attention to detail, responsibility.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize.
  • Open-mindedness and pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
  • Good level of English (both oral and written).
