Job Title: Study Office Manager - Luxe Company

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Study Office Manager to join our team at CRIT. As a key member of our industrial luxe study office, you will be responsible for leading the development of technical study sheets, launch sheets, and internal work requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Study Development: Create and optimize technical study sheets, launch sheets, and internal work requests, considering technical aspects and rheology studies.
  • Development Planning: Design plans for medium to large-scale series, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Design and Distribution: Produce product and control tooling plans in accordance with required specifications, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Project Management: Update development schedules in collaboration with different departments, ensuring smooth communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, updating specifications as needed.
  • Test Participation: Actively participate in initial tests, validate processes, and make necessary corrections to achieve objectives.
  • Project Reviews: Co-host project reviews, maintaining constant communication with different company departments.
  • Commercial Support: Support the sales team during customer visits and travels, providing technical expertise.
  • Technological Watch: Host periodic meetings on technological innovation, staying up-to-date with industry advancements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Engineering degree or BAC+2 in Plastics/Composites.
  • Experience: Significant experience in a study office environment.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of CAD software, especially Solidworks, as well as costing and FEA skills.
  • Skills: Adaptability to different tasks and interlocutors, excellent communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactivity, curiosity, creativity.
