Core Responsibilities

If you are looking for a rewarding and developmental internship within a vibrant organization, the role of Human Resources Trainee is an excellent opportunity. The HR Trainee plays a crucial role in executing the HR policies relevant to their designated area, ensuring adherence to established procedures and their effective implementation. You will be responsible for the precise management of personnel-related activities within the organization.

In this role, you will engage in the comprehensive operations of the HR department for the ELIOR/DERICHEBOURG Group.

Your Key Duties Include:

  • Overseeing personnel-related processes (e.g., managing foreign employees)
  • Coordinating medical appointments, follow-ups, and contributions
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees in accordance with established protocols
  • Understanding various social rights and benefits (housing, family allowances, retirement) and providing guidance to employees
  • Executing procedures for reporting workplace incidents and managing insurance rates
  • Implementing disciplinary measures as necessary
  • Managing Article 7 transfers in line with the Cleanliness and Related Services Collective Labor Agreement
  • Drafting official correspondence and documentation

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Law, with a strong command of digital tools, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, emphasizing Excel and PowerPoint. A foundational knowledge in HR or social law is required. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and effective collaboration with various stakeholders, including agency directors, sector managers, agency assistants, and clients.
