**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Agency Director to lead our team in France. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial action plan to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
• Define and execute the company's commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Lead and motivate a team of 5 professionals, providing personalized management, performance tracking, and appraisal interviews to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage risk within the agency, analyzing and tracking commitments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical principles.
• Optimize agency profitability through effective management as a profit center, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Directly manage a portfolio of 70 professional clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in a related field, including 2 years in a business development or commercial role.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
