Warehouse Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team at Region Ile de France. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and storing goods to distributing them to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute goods to various departments
• Verify the accuracy of deliveries against orders, including quantity, quality, and product specifications
• Unload goods in accordance with loading and unloading procedures
• Sort and dispose of packaging materials
• Organize and maintain inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and conducting regular inventory checks
• Manage stockroom operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and quality
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP and cleaning and disinfection procedures
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant data

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
