ESG Climate Strategist

As an ESG Climate Strategist at Natixis NY Branch, you will play a key role in supporting the company's commitment to sustainable investing and climate action. Your mission will be to develop and implement strategies that align our investment portfolios with a net zero emissions trajectory by 2050, while considering sector and geographical specificities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploy Ostrum AM's climate strategy and integrate climate issues into investment decision-making
- Collaborate with credit management and analysis teams to strengthen methodologies for analysing transition plans
- Define sectoral commitment frameworks to support companies investing in their climate transition
- Develop climate change risk and opportunity studies on sectors and companies invested
- Conduct regulatory and technological monitoring on climate issues
- Higher education and at least 3 years of experience in similar positions within a financial institution, company, or data provider
- Master of climate issues, mechanisms for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, sectoral decarbonisation trajectories, and international climate policies
- Excellent relationship, listening ability, and team spirit
- English language proficiency at C1 level
