Nous recherchons un Manager Data Engineer pour rejoindre notre équipe de Data & Technologies à Elevate. Vous serez en charge de piloter une équipe de consultants Data & Tech et d'accompagner nos clients dans leur transformation customer-centric.

Missions Principales
  • Gérer une équipe de consultants Data & Tech pour mener à bien des missions de data analyse, data sciences ou data engineering
  • Accompagner les consultants dans leur carrière et contribuer au recrutement de nouvelles recrues
  • Développer le portefeuille de clients grands comptes multisectoriel et conduire des projets data & tech innovants
  • Participer au développement de l'agence et de la Practice Data & Tech en prenant en charge divers projets internes
  • Assurer le développement commercial d'un portefeuille client au périmètre délimité
Compétences Requises
  • Minimum 4 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la data et une première expérience en conseil et en gestion d'équipe
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur, logique et approche méthodique
  • Bon esprit d'initiative, capacité à travailler de manière autonome et dynamique
  • Sens du service, aisance relationnelle
  • Expérience en data analyse, machine learning et gestion de projet
  • Connaissance approfondie de l'état du marché et des méthodologies
Déroulement des Entretiens

Le processus de recrutement se fait en 3 étapes : entretien téléphonique, test de compétences et entretien approfondi avec l'un des co-fondateurs de l'agence.
