Key Responsibilities:
- Solve complex data problems and deliver key insights to help the business achieve its goals.
- Architect and implement a Lake House structure within the Data Platform to enable data democratization.
- Mentor and coach data professionals on best practices and data standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical standards.
- Lead the implementation of emerging tools and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Drive Data Strategy, Data Modeling, and Roadmap execution for the Data Platform.
Requirements:
- Degree in a STEM field.
- Expertise in Data Engineering, cloud technologies (GCP preferred), and modern data architectures (Data Mesh, Lake House).
- Strong experience with SQL, Python/Scala, and analytic services in GCP or similar platforms.
- Proficient in database development with Hadoop, MPP engines, and cloud databases.
- Ability to lead data strategy and manage multiple projects independently.
