Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims and Compliance professional to join our Global Claims and L&C team as a Senior Claims and Risk Management Professional. In this role, you will work closely with our Claims, Legal, and Compliance teams to identify and address problems before they arise, and engage with all relevant stakeholders to manage key relationships for the Global Claims and General Counsel Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Senior Leaders at local, regional, and global levels on matters of strategic importance
  • Collaborate with Operations & Technology, HR, Communications, and other Chiefs of Staff to ensure effective stakeholder management
  • Proactively identify and solve complex problems that impact the management of the Global Claims and L&C teams
  • Own the internal Global Claims and L&C Communications strategy, working with Communications and Marketing as necessary
  • Serve as the key point of contact for AXA XL 'Business Units' and functions, as well as for AXA Group
  • Challenge and coach Global Claims and L&C senior leadership team on the financial impact of their decisions
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and drive business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and extensive knowledge and experience in global insurance
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive execution across a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data appropriately
