Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Claims and L&C Strategic Partner. This role will involve working closely with the Claims, Legal and Compliance teams to identify and address problems before they arise, and engaging with all relevant stakeholders to manage key relationships for the Global Claims and General Counsel Office.

This role requires a close partnership with Senior Leaders at local, regional and global levels on matters of strategic importance, as well as stakeholder management with wider functions such as Operations & Technology, HR, Communications, and other Chiefs of Staff throughout the division.

The successful candidate will maintain direct dialogue and engagement with key AXA Group stakeholders on priorities, queries, escalation of items, and will be responsible for resolution of these.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying and solving complex problems that impact the management of the Global Claims and L&C teams
  • Own the internal Global Claims and L&C Communications strategy, working with Communications and Marketing as necessary
  • Key point of contact into Global Claims and L&C organization for AXA XL 'Business Units' and functions, as well as for AXA Group
  • Challenge and coach Global Claims and L&C senior leadership team on the financial impact of their decisions

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and extensive knowledge and experience in global insurance, as well as excellent project management skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data appropriately.
