Quality Assurance and Purchasing Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Purchasing Specialist to join our team at Secure-IC. As a key member of our Quality Assurance and Purchasing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- **Quality Assurance:**
- Participate in the monitoring, promotion, and maintenance of our ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes.
- Write, update, and distribute various quality procedures.
- Consolidate and analyze quality databases.
- Participate in audits and their preparation.
- Assist in organizing management reviews and support the preparation of quality performance reports and key indicators.
- Participate in the implementation of new certifications in the future.
- Purchasing Process:
- Co-manage the purchasing process and contribute to its continuous improvement (supplier evaluation, risk analysis, etc.).
- Participate in procurement-related activities (preparation of purchase orders, monitoring adherence to delivery deadlines, etc.).
- Ensure effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to guarantee the quality of products and services.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Quality Management or substantial experience in the sector, complemented by training in Quality Management (internal auditor training, development of a Quality Management System, compliance with ISO 9001 standards).
- You have significant initial experience in a similar role.
- You have a strong command of Quality Management methods and tools (at a minimum, general ISO standards).
- You have knowledge of procurement practices and tools (ideally ERP Sage X3).
- You are comfortable with office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- You possess strong writing skills.
- You have a good level of English (minimum B2).
- You are rigorous and have strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- You demonstrate autonomy, adaptability, and proactivity.
- You have good listening and communication skills.
- You enjoy working as part of a team.
