Compensation Package
Seasonal contract with a salary commensurate with skills and experience (fixed salary plus performance bonus). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med along with additional benefits associated with our organization.
Role Overview
Responsibilities include: Excellent interpersonal abilities Strong attention to detail Passion for social media Highly organized Ideal Candidate Attributes: Positive and digital mindset Deep interest in online marketing and general marketing principles Strong familiarity with social media platformsRequired Competencies:
Exceptional writing skills in English and editorial fluency (previous experience as a producer/editor/writer of web content is preferred) Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while effectively prioritizing Good analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information IT and technical skills: Proficient understanding of web tools and platforms, common browsers (prior experience with HTML/CSS and Content Management Systems is a plus) Understanding of community and networking dynamics Basic knowledge of Photoshop or a willingness to quickly acquire these skills (experience with video editing tools like Premiere and After Effects is advantageous)Personal Qualities:
Creative with an artistic sensibility for both still and moving media, with a keen eye for detail Strong interpersonal skills, diplomatic and friendly demeanor Ability to thrive in a team environment Enthusiastic, dynamic, and open-minded: A strong desire to learn and develop skills while actively contributing to Resort projects in a positive manner Key Responsibilities: Oversee digital content and manage social media Enhance the digital aspect of the customer experience in the resort through engaging media and interactive tools Align with the company's business objectives, responsible for creating and distributing content and information across the Resort and associated social media platforms.List of digital screens to manage:

Facebook InstagramThe candidate must possess strong copywriting skills, capable of evaluating and selecting the most suitable content in alignment with customer expectations and the ethical standards of the company, brand, or community. A solid understanding of technical platforms such as Content Management Systems and Club Med's social media channels is essential.
