Responsibilities of the ALM Solutions Product Lead:

  • As the functional reference for the ALM project, the Product Owner ensures all functional implementations align with the needs of Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS).
  • The Product Owner plays a critical role in the ALM project by overseeing the implementation and validation of the ALM solution's completeness.
  • Collaborate with the Project Core team and serve as the liaison to Information System & Technology (IS&T) to address business requirements.
  • Provide support for Programs/Projects where ALM is utilized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and endorse any modifications to product solutions to achieve improved Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets during reviews.
  • Promote standardization across processes.
  • Establish effective governance to ensure compliance with product references.
  • Guarantee the robustness of the product project validation plan and its associated outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Gather and analyze technical requirements for ALM.
  • Work closely with verification and validation efforts, assisting in integration, testing, and validation phases.
  • Facilitate training for Key Users and End Users.
  • Document Return of Experience and formalize feedback for the Project team.
  • Organize Design Reviews with the Project team.
  • Ensure coherence among all individual tools within the ALM solution.
  • Confirm that architectural designs meet business requirements.
  • Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and root cause analysis throughout all project phases.

Required Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of ALM practices.
  • Familiarity with the Jazz Platform.
  • Understanding of configuration management, requirements management, verification, and validation processes.
  • Proven experience in a product ownership role.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in architectural design related to ALM.
  • Background in the train transportation sector.

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
