As an ALM Product Owner, you'll be the functional referent for the ALM project, overseeing all functional implementations to meet Digital and Integrated Systems business needs. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the completeness of the ALM solution, working closely with the Project Core team, and serving as the interface between Information Systems and Technology and the business.

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Challenging and validating product solution changes to improve Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets during QCD reviews
  • Driving standardization and putting in place effective governance to ensure adherence to the product reference
  • Ensuring the robustness of the product project validation plan and associated results
  • Creating and maintaining the product roadmap and backlog
  • Capturing and analyzing ALM technical requirements
  • Coordinating with verification and validation activities, supporting integration, tests, and validation phases
  • Supporting Key User and End User training
  • Capturing Return of Experience and formalizing feedback to the Project team
  • Organizing Design Reviews with the Project team
  • Ensuring the coherence of all individual tools within the ALM solution
  • Ensuring that architecture design meets business needs

You'll also be responsible for being the front office of the project for troubleshooting and root cause identification in all phases of the project.

For this role, we're looking for someone with senior knowledge of ALM and experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the Jazz Platform and configuration management, requirement management, verification, and validation processes is also essential. Experience in architectural design of ALM and knowledge of the train transport sector are desirable.
