About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team at SPIE Oil & Gas Services. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of oil and gas production units.
Key Responsibilities
- Site preparation, including material, logistics, and personnel management
- Preparation of job cards and scheduling of tasks
- Site supervision, including onshore and offshore locations
- Time tracking and reporting
- Distribution of daily tasks
- Monitoring and updating schedules and personnel on board
- Compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) rules
- Document management and control
- Pre-commissioning, commissioning, and red marking
About You
- Site supervisor or E&I construction manager with solid oil and gas onshore or offshore experience
- At least 10 years' experience in the field
- Management of local teams
- Ability to organize and distribute tasks according to schedule and job cards
- Good knowledge of E&I/tube fitting equipment and tools

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the field
