Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Manager to join our team at METROPOLE NICE COTE D AZUR. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial transactions of the association, including verification, payment, and data entry of invoices.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to the management team.
  • Coordinate the administrative tasks of the service, including managing documents, data entry, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Manage the association's budget and ensure that all financial transactions are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
