We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Manager to join our team at METROPOLE NICE COTE D AZUR. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the financial transactions of the association, including verification, payment, and data entry of invoices.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to the management team.
- Coordinate the administrative tasks of the service, including managing documents, data entry, and communication with stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Manage the association's budget and ensure that all financial transactions are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
