Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Financial and Administrative Officer at METROPOLE NICE COTE D AZUR. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative tasks of the association, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Financial management and accounting tasks for the association, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Verification, processing, and recording of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
- Monthly bank account reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
- Bank transaction processing for savings plans, ensuring timely and secure transactions
- Treasury management and secure banking placements, maintaining a stable financial position
- Handling of banking incidents, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Preparation of financial documents for meetings and assemblies, providing accurate and timely information
- Administrative management of service files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Management of social benefits for association members, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Handling of ticketing, stock management, and orders, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
- Cash management and reconciliation, maintaining a stable financial position
- Customer service and assistance, providing excellent support to internal and external stakeholders
Additional Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Work Conditions:
- Work cycle: 37.5 hours over 5 days + 14 RTT days, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
- Office-based work with occasional travel, requiring flexibility and adaptability

Required Profile:
This position requires a candidate with a background in administrative and financial management, preferably with experience in a similar role. A diploma in relevant fields is preferred, along with knowledge in private accounting, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
