We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to join our team in the battery sector, working on the construction of battery manufacturing facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving projects to achieve an excellent outcome, acting as the day-to-day interface with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform all aspects of procurement, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing bid lists, bid analysis, and compiling contractual documents.
- Participate effectively in post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
- Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present to clients.
- Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
- Experience in construction, industrial, battery, semi-conductors, pharma, and/or manufacturing sectors.
- Good understanding of mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as civils, structural, and architectural aspects.
- Experience of leading cost management on medium or large-sized construction projects of medium to high complexity.
- Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to spend time on construction sites as projects develop.
- French and English language skills.
