Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced AI & Data Science Manager to join our Global IT Data and Digital Organization. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the setup and implementation of AI and Data Science solutions at CEVA, building up the internal operational teams and utilizing our newly developed CEVA Data Platform.
Key Responsibilities- Implement, deliver, and manage necessary tools, technologies, and methodologies to support a Data Driven Organization.
- Share knowledge and implement best practices in the CEVA organization to ensure the business can benefit from it.
- Manage resources and experts in your team to ensure that IT AI and Data Science can support the rapidly increasing needs from the business, both internally and externally.
- Build and educate your team to provide the necessary level of support for other departments and ensure best usage of existing data.
- Drive the growth of AI and Data Science in CEVA together with other colleagues from multiple areas, working together and utilizing available tools.
- Plan and design solutions for the future aligned to CEVA's long-term strategy and ambition to be a truly Data Driven company.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience with proven results in project management, technical-functional, and managerial aspects.
- Technical-functional experience, skills, and knowledge of AI tools, applications, Cloud Solutions (preferably AWS and Snowflake) and capability to understand modern data architecture models.
- Experience with DataIKU is a plus.
- Extensive experience in management and coordination of activities (tools, processes, best practices, risk management).
- Strong experience and understanding of modern data technologies, data-oriented architecture, and advanced analytics.
- Strategic vision and operational execution capabilities.
- Very good communication and coordination skills.
- Resistant to stress, analytical thinking, delivery and service oriented.
- Diplomacy, sense of dialogue, and persuasion to move issues forward.
- Fluent in English.
