Executive Assistant to the General Manager

Accor Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support the General Manager in their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare office correspondence using company-approved formats and templates.
- Receive, open, and sort incoming business mail, and arrange for the mailing of outgoing office mail.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain and update the office filing system to ensure easy access to data.
- Provide exceptional customer service to office visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment and supplies.
- Act as a liaison between the General Manager's office and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with counterparts in the owning company and Accor Regional Offices.
- Collect and analyze data to prepare the General Manager's welcome letter for hotel VIPs.
- Ensure the accurate distribution of information between the General Manager's office and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the organizational chart and company hierarchy to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Thai, with a third international language a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
