As a Field Service Technician, your primary duties will encompass:
- Installation and assembly of machinery across various agro-industrial locations and farms throughout France, adhering to established guidelines
- Conducting tests during the startup phase of packaging and egg calibration equipment
- Delivering on-site training and assistance
- Executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in the areas of electrical systems, mechanics, robotics, and automation
- Performing remote diagnostics and maintaining daily activity logs
- Ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to safety protocols
This role necessitates a technical foundation, ideally with a Vocational Baccalaureate (MEI, Electrical Engineering, MSMA) and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Service Technician specializing in unique machinery within the agri-food or industrial sectors.
Strong mechanical and electrical expertise is essential, along with the ability to work independently in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of intricate systems. Excellent interpersonal skills are also required. Proficiency in English at an intermediate level is necessary for documentation and training purposes.
