Job Title: SECONDMENT Coordinator, Organized Crime
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SECONDMENT Coordinator to join our team at INTERPOL. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing secondments, ensuring seamless integration of seconded officials into our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage secondments, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of seconded officials.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure effective integration of seconded officials into our organization.
- Provide support and guidance to seconded officials, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to perform their duties.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination of seconded officials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing secondments or similar projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
