Maintenance Training Manager

At aeroemploiformation, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Basic Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Airbus Maintenance Basic Training Strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Airbus Maintenance Basic Training Strategy
- Manage and promote our Basic Training solutions to schools and universities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining up-to-date and market-relevant training solutions
- Promote and support the development of our business around three key pillars: ACT for Academy, Basic Training Modules, and Assistance to Schools
- Manage all Maintenance Basic Training projects in relation to various stakeholders, including Marketing, Communication, Sales, Business Development, Procurement, Contracts & Legal, Suppliers, and Regulators
- Act as Basic Training Material Product Owner, balancing stakeholder needs and prioritizing the backlog to continuously evolve the solution
Your Ideal Profile:
- Excellent leadership, communication, team building, and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience as a post holder in a P147 Maintenance Basic Training organization or excellent knowledge of the Maintenance Basic Training business
- Entrepreneurial mindset, business models, and business cases development and implementation skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak in international forums in front of large audiences
- Autonomy, accountability, and responsibility
- English: negotiation level
