Maintenance Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Training Manager to lead the development of our Airbus Maintenance Basic Training Strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our Basic Training solutions to schools and universities, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Airbus Maintenance Basic Training Strategy, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and promote Basic Training solutions to schools and universities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality training solutions, adapting to market needs and regulatory changes.
- Promote and support the development of Airbus business around three pillars: ACT for Academy, Basic Training Modules, and Assistance to schools.
- Animate the network of customer schools to develop synergies and drive business growth.
- Manage Maintenance Basic Training projects, collaborating with Central and Regional stakeholders, including Marketing, Communication, Sales, Business Development, Procurement, Contracts & Legal, Suppliers, and Regulators.
- Act as Basic Training Material Product Owner, balancing stakeholder needs and prioritizing the backlog to continuously evolve the solution.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Excellent leadership, communication, team building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience as a post holder in a P147 Maintenance Basic Training organization or excellent knowledge of the Maintenance Basic Training business.
- Program/Project Management skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and business models & business cases development and implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to speak in international forums, and autonomy, accountability, and responsibility.
- English: negotiation level.
