We are seeking a committed and quality-focused individual for this position in France.
Your mission will be to ensure that Identity & Access Management services are provided, focusing on both business continuity and end-user satisfaction.
This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the reliability, availability, and security of Identity & Access Management services in France.
- Monitor in-sourced and outsourced teams/vendors and activities, in conjunction with contract management.
- Contribute to the definition of new products and services with project teams.
- Ensure and communicate the availability of structured, detailed, and up-to-date documentation for users, services, and processes.
- Manage and report on your domain's operating budget.
- Perform ITIL-based processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration management.
- Analyze service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and user feedback to propose and implement improvement actions, increasing customer satisfaction.
Business trips are expected in France or Europe, and you must be willing to travel accordingly.
Required skills and experience:
- Education to a degree level in Information Technology.
- Proven experience in operational activities in provider and service management.
- Experience in IT infrastructure and Identity & Access Management solutions.
- Communication skills.
- Service and customer experience-oriented.
- Negotiation level in French and English.
- International mindset to work well in a diverse and international team environment.
