Responsibilities

The role focuses on enhancing the vocational skills of young adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting individuals in developing essential professional competencies and work habits
  • Encouraging the inclusion and employment of young adults through hands-on technical activities
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and various partners to meet shared objectives
  • Participating in tailored projects as an educational facilitator within a vocational framework

Qualifications

  • Possession of a diploma in technical education or workshop supervision
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, listening, and discretion abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a cooperative mindset
  • Demonstrated success in an IME environment
