About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at the Ministère de l'Économie, des Finances et de la Souveraineté industrielle et numérique. As an Administrative Manager in Treasury Fines, you will be responsible for managing the recovery of fines and judicial condemnations within the Treasury Fines department.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and gather information to support the recovery of fines and judicial condemnations
- Exercise pursuit actions to recover fines and judicial condemnations
- Monitor and follow up on payment of fines and judicial condemnations
- Perform accounting tasks as needed within the department
- Provide excellent customer service to users, including in-person, email, and phone support
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about working in administration and has excellent communication skills. You should have a strong sense of discretion and be able to work independently. You should also have a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

- Minimum level of education: Baccalauréat (Niveau 4)
