Job Summary
Club Med is seeking a highly skilled Kayak Instructor to join our team in Asia. As a Kayak Instructor, you will be responsible for introducing guests to the kayak activity on sea, organizing and animating various watersport events, ensuring the safety of the navigation zone, maintaining equipment, and promoting your activity within the Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging kayak programs for guests of all skill levels
- Lead watersport events and activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other team members to promote the kayak activity and increase participation
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
Requirements
- British Canoe Union qualification or similar certification
- RYA powerboat level 2 certificate or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
