Vos missions en tant que Coordinateur(trice) de projet e-commerce :
- Assurer le succès des comptes qui vous sont attribués et superviser la mise en place ainsi que la mise à jour des catalogues, en veillant à une coordination efficace de chaque étape.
- Gérer l'ensemble des prises de brief, synthétiser les besoins des clients et livrer des solutions innovantes, lors de points de suivi réguliers.
- Réactiver les clients inactifs en proposant des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins évolutifs.
- Collaborer étroitement avec diverses équipes, notamment les équipes commerciales et les différents pôles du back-office, pour coordonner les actions et garantir une prestation de qualité.
Profil recherché :
- Préparation d'un diplôme de niveau Master (ou Bac + 5) en marketing, commerce ou formation similaire.
- Première expérience dans un rôle similaire, démontrant votre capacité à gérer des clients exigeants.
- Connaissance de Vendor Central et/ou Seller Central est un atout considérable.
- Aisance relationnelle remarquable pour interagir efficacement avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.
- Aspiration à un rôle à responsabilités plus élevées, avec des compétences analytiques, rédactionnelles et créatives affirmées.
- Maîtrise des technologies digitales et de la gestion multicanale des relations clients (Visio, Téléphone, Slack, e-mail, rendez-vous physiques, etc.).
- Maîtrise avancée de Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) ou du Pack Office (Excel, Powerpoint).
- Expérience dans les domaines des médias, de la recherche ou des mots-clés, que ce soit en collaboration avec une agence ou en ayant une expérience pratique.
- Anglais : niveau supérieur à C1.
