Job Summary:
Kent is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving incidents, issues, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve incidents, issues, and requests via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage servers and IT equipment, including hardware and software maintenance and upgrades.
- Implement IT deployments as instructed and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide remote support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage access rights and Active Directory, ensuring secure and compliant access to company resources.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees, contractors, and clients.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptable and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
