Our focus is on delivering expert technical guidance for comprehensive solutions and providing added value in multi-vendor bids.
Your Role: Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, leveraging your specialized product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, cultivate new business opportunities, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Client Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving portfolio growth. This includes order processing, quoting requests, and proactive engagement.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong customer relationships through consistent communication and a deep understanding of your Business Unit's specialized products.
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and strategic outreach.
- Solution Selling: Conduct compelling solution demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients.
- Quoting & Pipeline Management: Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers, ensuring a smooth sales process. Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities within TD SYNNEX's CRM system.
- Customer Advocacy: Manage customer expectations, address concerns effectively, and report on any disputes in a professional manner.
- Collaboration & Networking: Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive success.
- Product Expertise: Provide comprehensive product information, pricing details, special offers, and promotions to clients, tailoring your approach to their specific needs.
- Performance Driven: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Value Proposition Champion: Articulate the benefits of partnering with TD SYNNEX and effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
- Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow client activities, potentially collaborating with field sales representatives for a comprehensive approach.
