- Our client, a specialized company in fertilizer production, is looking for a Production Operator. Reporting to the team leader of the chemical industrial site, you will join a team of around thirty employees working in shifts on the fertilizer workshop. Your main tasks will include ensuring maximum safety levels, optimal production operation, improving the manufacturing process, contributing to cleanliness, and participating in scheduled general inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the fertilizer production process.
- Monitor and maintain safety levels on the production floor.
- Collaborate with the team to improve manufacturing processes and increase efficiency.
- Participate in scheduled general inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Graduated in General or Technical Chemistry with experience in chemical process industry (petrochemicals).
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive team dynamic.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
