About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP of Accounting / Global Controller to lead our Finance team in Paris and New York. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and driving operational excellence in an international context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting matters and spearhead treasury operations
- Provide strategic guidance to ensure financial integrity and compliance
- Supervise and mentor a team of talented finance professionals
- Lead accounting due diligence efforts and manage complex transfer pricing arrangements
- Ensure international tax compliance and manage international team
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance roles
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Active ownership of global audit
- Mastery of financial processes and international accounting principles
- Fluent English is mandatory for this role
