As a Project Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful launch of new products and the modification of existing ones by promoting customer requirements throughout the project.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop products and processes that meet customer needs
- Communicate specific customer requirements to relevant departments (SDE, R&D, etc.)
- Represent the quality function in the project
- Ensure that Johnson Electric's project policy is respected and that client targets are well-defined and taken into account in the project
- Implement and follow up on actions according to the project schedule validated with the customer
- Implement preventive and improvement actions
- Manage customer audits
Your Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in project quality, project management, or production (quality, process)
- Concept of industrial automation
- Engineering degree in industrial engineering (or quality/electromechanical/mechanical)
- Experience in automotive is a must
- English required (worldwide clients)
- Frequent travel (50%) in the group's sites
