Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President to join our Debt Advisory team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and originating new business opportunities, as well as supporting the execution of existing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with companies, corporates, and investors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Prepare and present commercial pitches and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of debt advisory transactions, including due diligence, financial analysis, and legal negotiations.
  • Lead and manage junior team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in debt advisory, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate finance and accounting.
  • Strong academic record, preferably from a top-tier European business or engineering school.
  • Fluent in French and English, with additional languages a plus.
