Job Title: Senior Vice President of Debt Advisory

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President to join our Debt Advisory team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and financial advisory services to entrepreneurs, corporates, and top-tier investors in Europe.

Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to sourcing and origination by developing multiple deal sourcing channels, conducting research, and identifying new prospects.
  2. Support execution on existing and upcoming transactions in debt throughout the entire process, from kick-off to closing.
  3. Develop execution standards and train junior professionals.
  4. Contribute to the overall development of the company.

You will work closely with our team to analyze and model business plans, manage due diligence, and support final legal negotiations. Your expertise in corporate finance and accounting will be essential in providing high-quality advice to our clients.

Requirements:
  1. 10-15 years of experience working in the debt advisory industry.
  2. Strong knowledge in corporate finance and accounting.
  3. Strong academic record, with a preference for Tier 1 European Business and Engineering schools or universities.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English (mandatory); German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
