Accounts Receivable Specialist

- Manage and record customer payments along with outstanding balances
- Process incoming cash transactions
- Conduct reconciliation and analysis of customer accounts
- Enter routine financial transactions
- Post end-of-period entries
- Ensure customer concessions receive management approval and are properly implemented
- Address inquiries from operational staff and clients regarding account statements and duplicate invoices
- Assist in monitoring accounts deemed doubtful
- Handle claims with insolvency administrators during collective proceedings and request irrecoverability certificates
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Management or a related field
Proficient in Excel is essential
Experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments, demonstrating autonomy, energy, and initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to tasks
