Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our expansion team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and expand our franchise network
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and bank representatives
- Provide coaching and support to franchisees to ensure their success and growth
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or management in the finance or insurance industry
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and adaptability
