Too Faced - Sales Advisor - Rhône-Alpes - CDD 35H (H/F)

As a Sales Advisor with Too Faced, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the Rhône-Alpes region. You will work closely with our dynamic team to ensure that our customers have a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to our customers
  • Meet and exceed customer service and sales targets
  • Build collaborative working relationships with the rest of the team
  • Ensure that the store meets the Company's high standards of visual merchandising

Requirements:

  • Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty)
  • Ability to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
