Exyte is seeking a SHEQ Project Administrator to provide day-to-day supervision of work on a construction project in Northern France.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Works Supervisors, the SHEQ Site Manager, and other EHS Advisors from subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include ensuring EHS coordination of work carried out on the project, conducting preliminary visits with subcontractors, and accompanying, controlling, and monitoring contractors during works.

The SHEQ Advisor will also assist the Constructions Manager with the issue of work permits, carry out safety inspections of contractors, and conduct EHS audits to ensure compliance with Exyte's SHEQ guidelines.

Native or Fluent French speaker required. A valid driving licence is also necessary.

Requirements

  • 2 or 3 years' higher education in EHS or an equivalent qualification
  • 2 to 3 years' successful experience in a similar position or an internship or work-study programme in the field of site EHS
  • Strong culture of prevention/safety and the environment
  • Excellent communication and team player skills
  • Native or Fluent French speaker
  • A valid driving licence
