Contribute to Engineering Excellence

Exyte is seeking a skilled SHEQ Project Administrator to provide day-to-day supervision of work on a construction project in Northern France.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Works Supervisors, the SHEQ Site Manager, and other EHS Advisors from subcontractors to ensure the EHS coordination of work carried out on the project by Exyte.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the EHS coordination of work carried out on the project by Exyte
  • Conduct preliminary visits with subcontractors
  • Accompany, control, and monitor the contractors during the works
  • Assist the Constructions Manager with the issue of work permits
  • Carry out safety inspections of contractors
  • Carry out EHS audits to ensure compliance with Exyte's SHEQ guidelines
  • Monitor the implementation of subcontractors' quality control plans

Requirements

  • 2 or 3 years' higher education in EHS or an equivalent qualification
  • 2 to 3 years' successful experience in a similar position or an internship or work-study programme in the field of site EHS
  • Strong culture of prevention/safety and the environment
  • Native or Fluent French speaker
  • A valid driving licence
  • English level B2
