Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Manager to join our team. As a Data Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of data-driven solutions for our clients. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing scalable data architectures, ensuring data quality and integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Data Architectures: Develop and implement scalable data architectures to support business growth and innovation.
  • Ensure Data Quality and Integrity: Implement data quality and integrity processes to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Lead Technical Teams: Mentor and lead technical teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and architecture.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture
  • Strong technical skills in data engineering and architecture
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Azure
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
