Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Penetration Test and Security Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Global testing & Tools team, you will be responsible for coordinating penetration tests for IT & OT products in an agile iterative continuous release cycle. You will work closely with penetration testers and project teams to execute penetration tests, guide test campaigns, and ensure the safety and security of devices and people involved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate penetration tests for IT & OT products in an agile iterative continuous release cycle.
  • Work closely with penetration testers and project teams to execute penetration tests and guide test campaigns.
  • Ensure the safety and security of devices and people involved in penetration testing.
  • Develop and maintain process documents and reports.
  • Present findings and reports to project teams and senior management.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing penetration tests.
  • OSCP or equivalent certification related to penetration testing.
  • Expertise in CVSS ratings scale and scripting languages.
  • Strong knowledge of IT and OT products domain.
