Position Overview:
Within the Cluster Risk Management & Supply, our eTrading desk focuses on algorithmic trading, engaging in a variety of activities:
- Creating, refining, and executing customized trading strategies, including smart execution, arbitrage, and asset optimization.
- Facilitating centralized market access by aggregating flows and optimizing execution through proprietary algorithms.
- Functioning as a liquidity provider and market maker on exchanges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing innovative trading strategies.
- Creating, testing, and documenting new algorithms.
- Monitoring and managing trading algorithms.
- Engaging in quantitative market making.
- Collaborating with brokers and exchanges.
- Building and maintaining tools for trading decision oversight.
- Enhancing existing infrastructure and algorithms.
- Analyzing and manipulating large datasets.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficient programming skills, particularly in Python; knowledge of C# is advantageous.
- Expertise in data management.
