Key Responsibilities- Manage payroll for over 300 employees in France and Europe
- Interface with local HR teams and payroll/accounting teams
- Enter variable payroll elements in ADP and Deel payroll systems
- Check and correct payslips
- Verify balances and end-of-contract documents
- Validate payments
- Produce frequent payroll reports for the accounting department
- Minimum 5 years' experience in payroll management
- Proficiency in ADP Decidium payroll tool
- Knowledge of Hibob HRIS is a plus
- Fluent in French and English
- Self-driven, motivated, and autonomous
