Textile Operator - Genesis RH

Position Overview:
  • Manage various weaving equipment while adhering to safety protocols and production standards (quality, quantity, cost, deadlines).
  • Oversee and arrange machine output to minimize production interruptions.
  • Document production metrics both electronically and manually.
  • Perform cleaning of combs during the manufacturing process as required.
  • Ensure a tidy and systematic work area.

Work Schedule: 2X8 shifts, alternating weekly between morning (5am-1pm) and evening (1pm-9pm) sessions.

This is a temporary position contingent on the duration of absence.

Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in a comparable position.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
