Position Overview:
In our efforts to enhance our operational teams, we are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee our extensive distribution sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Duties:
- Ensure service quality and adherence to commitments.
- Coordinate service implementation involving both human and material resources.
- Identify and communicate service delivery requirements (training, logistics, recruitment).
- Monitor and report on client and agent portfolios in accordance with directives, providing comprehensive reports post-visit.
- Manage mandatory controls within the designated scope.
- Supervise daily unassigned shifts across various locations to meet client needs.
- Conduct follow-ups on client satisfaction surveys.
- Plan and manage leave, sick leave, and absences.
- Ensure effective scheduling for clients and staff.
- Oversee shift exchanges and manage unexpected absences and agent replacements.
- Update schedules on a daily and weekly basis.
- Ensure proper documentation on-site.
- Conduct agent evaluations and prepare reports.
- Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and updating of safety protocols and site guidelines.
- Document and manage incidents and information related to operational activities.
- Collect attendance records from client sites.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist in identifying agency recruitment needs.
- Ensure new hires receive the necessary materials and adhere to hiring protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with COMETE software and a network of security agents across various regions would be beneficial.
Company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone will be provided.
First Aid certification and a Professional Card are required.
Competitive and negotiable salary based on experience and qualifications.
Candidate Profile:
