Job Summary

We are looking for a Home Care Assistant to provide support and care to individuals in their own homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare and serve meals, and assist with light housekeeping tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist clients with medication management and other health-related tasks
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, including cleaning and organizing living spaces

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move clients as needed
